Here is Evan and Hadley's first trip to the photo booth together. They love hanging out at the mall shopping and getting their pics taken! Hadley wasn't completely awake though..maybe next time....

It's the Red Hot Chili Peppers!!

Here they are! Evan and Hadley are the red hot chili peppers! We went to their first pumpkin patch on Saturday and then went home and carved some pumpkins...very fun!

This "baby's first boo" outfit came from Hadley's Uncle Brent and Aunt Alissa..too cute! We can't wait for more fun on Halloween night!

Happy Birthday Jeff!

Thursday was Jeff's 32nd birthday and we celebrated with Mandy and Scott.
We had an awesome sushi dinner and Mo made her first "Fay traditional birthday cake." Itis called a schaum torte. This recipe came from Jeff's grammie and it goes back to the 1830's! This is before decorating with strawberries.....
And after....it was delicious!!

Aunt Mandy and Uncle Scott Come to Visit

I have finally caught up to real time with my blog! Aunt Mandy and Uncle Scott came for a week long visit and just left yesterday. We had a lot of fun and they could really see a change in Hadley in just the week they were here. She is getting so much bigger and more alert; she is at least 11 lbs now!

Here's Hadley and Scott and Wente Vineyards Winery...we had a delicious lunch and went on a tour. It was a beautiful day!
We also went to the Winchester Mystery Mansion in San Jose. Hadley wasn't too interested though; she slept the entire tour.
Thank you Aunt Mandy and Uncle Scott! We miss you guys!!

Grandmom's First Visit

Grandmom Kathleen came to visit from South Carolina on September 19th. She was so much help but one of the most valuable things she showed us was the "baby bop" as seen in the picture below. The pressure on Hadley's belly in this position really calms her down when she get fussy and gassy in the evenings. We are still using it every night and it works like a charm. Thanks Grandmom!
Grandmom made a bed skirt and bumper for Hadley's crib and helped mom make Hadley's first Halloween costume. Stay tuned for what it is! It was really wonderful her having her out and we miss her so much. Come back Grandmom!!

Nana's First Visit

Hello again! Did you wonder what happened to Hadley's blog? We have been very busy the past month having lots of fun with visitors and we have a lot to share on our blog now. Nana Nancy came for a visit September 10th and we had a great time! Lots of bundling and snuggling....


Nice long walks with Callie dawg.....
Trips to the doctor......Hadley is healthy as can be!
And a visit from Uncle Scottie......
We were so sad to see Nana go and cannot wait until we see her again. We miss you!!
