Good Morning!

Hadley is in her best mood in the mornings and it is always fun to take her pictures then. It does seem like she is always in this chair but she is not. This is her favorite place to sit though besides being held of course!

Over the River and Through the Woods

To Great-Grammie's house we go! Hadley had her first road trip to see her Great-Grammie, Auntie Jan and Uncle Dave. We had lots of fun just hanging out...
Great-Grammie loves to play dominoes...
And Hadley enjoyed it too!
Auntie Jan and Uncle Dave were great hosts. We were treated to snacks for the football game, a delicious salmon dinner with grammie deviled eggs and homemade peach cobbler and pumpkin pie.
Callie dawg had too good of a time swimming in the backyard "pond," barking at horses, and of course the tennis ball sling shot. She didn't want to come home with us!
It was exhausting for Hadley but she took a snooze on Auntie Jan's lap and she felt much better. Thank you Grammie, Auntie Jan and Uncle Dave. We love you!

Tummy Time

Per her doctor's orders, Hadley practices her "tummy time" several times a day. This is to strengthen her upper body. First she gets into position....
She starts out pretty happy and lifts her head and pushes up on her arms....

She pushes up a little bit more...
And a little bit more....
This is a lot of work!
Ta Da!And finally, she takes a well deserved rest...

Aunt Colleen Comes to Visit!

Aunt Colleen and Chris came to visit this weekend. It was so fun to see them and we had a great time. Colleen bought Hadley a "welcome to the world" gift.....a beautiful Christmas dress complete with hat, tights and shoes!
Aunt Colleen helped Hadley out with her "tummy time." She is getting stronger!
Thank you Aunt Colleen and Chris! We love you and miss you already!
